Neuheiten expoSE 12 Christian - erste nichtselektive Erntemaschine für Grünspargel / The first non-selective harvester for green asparagus Mit der patentierten Erntemaschine für Grünspargel „Christian“, die am Heck des Traktors montiert ist, kann man etwa einen Hektar Spargel in zwei Stunden beernten. Die Geschwindigkeit der Maschine ist maximal 6 km/h und hängt von der Kapazität der ein bis drei Personen ab, die den Spargel vom Band auf der Rückseite der Maschine sortieren. Die Maschine hat eine variabel einstellbare Ernte- höhe mit einer automatischen Schnitthöheneinstellung für das richtige Schnittergebnis. Der Grünspargel wird mit einer speziell entwickelten Bandsäge direkt über dem Boden sehr gerade geschnitten, wodurch bei der weiteren Verarbeitung nur minimale Schnitt- verluste entstehen. Der Spargel wird durch ein Laufband auf Arbeitshöhe gebracht, wo er auf zwei Sortierbänder fällt und direkt sortiert werden kann. Alternativ kann man den Spargel auch in unter den Laufbändern platzierte Kisten fallen lassen. Die gesamte Maschine wird hydraulisch ange- trieben, ist flexibel und benötigt nur wenig Platz zum Wenden. Wenn die Maschine auch unter schwereren Bedingungen arbeiten soll, ist ein Raupenantrieb vorzuziehen. Dieser ist auch als Selbstfahrer erhältlich. Optional kann der Anbauer einen Ackerstriegel während der Spargelernte einsetzen. Bei diesem werden flexible Federn verwendet, die zwischen dem Erntegut drehen. Diese können unter Christian verwendet werden, um das Bett während der Ernte sanft zu harken. Laut Hersteller sorgt Christian für Arbeits- und Arbeitskostenersparnis, Verbesserung der Arbeitsbedingungen und eine bessere Planung. These can be used under Christian to gently rake the bed during harvest.
